Clarence Htoo

Clarence is a school-based therapist and a PRP coordinator at ITS. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Clarence has previous experience working in refugee resettlement agencies and private school settings. Clarence currently works with children between the ages of 5-18 in public schools. Clarence enjoys serving in his church community where he found his passion to serve those in need. Clarence aims to provide a safe environment where children are able to be vulnerable and learn to speak about their emotions and experiences.
