Dr. Ifeoluwa Oyefeso, affectionately known as Dr. O, is a highly accomplished Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctorate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, which she earned from the prestigious University of Maryland in 2018.

Dr. O brings a wealth of diverse clinical experience to her practice, having worked in a variety of settings across Maryland and other states. Her expertise spans school-based programs, mobile treatment initiatives, day hospitals, and geriatric home-based care. This extensive background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of mental health needs across the lifespan and in different environments. Dr. O's deep-rooted passion for mental health was ignited early in her career, during her nursing school days. A pivotal experience working as personal care staff in a group home for individuals with autism profoundly impacted her, inspiring her to specialize in psychiatric nursing. This foundational experience led her to dedicate eight years as a psychiatric nurse in a demanding forensic unit, where she honed her skills in complex mental health care. Following this, she spent four years as a psychiatric nurse in the inpatient unit of a community hospital, further solidifying her expertise in acute mental health treatment and patient care.
