Our community-based Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) offers essential support for children, adolescents, and adults managing mental health challenges outside of traditional therapy. PRP coordinates with outpatient care for holistic support.

We Offer:

Skill Development: Practical, daily living skills to enhance independence and emotional well-being.

Goal-Oriented Support: Help managing symptoms and achieving personal goals in home, school, work, and community settings.

IEP and 504 support provided to families as needed.
Our Approach:
Trained rehabilitation coordinators, under clinical supervision of a licensed rehabilitation specialist, provide skill instruction, hands-on coaching, and collaborative goal planning.
Who We Serve

Children & Adolescents (ages 5–17) with any mental health diagnosis.

What is the PRP Program?
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) provides extra behavioral support outside traditional therapy sessions, acting as a "second pair of eyes" to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Designed for children, adolescents, and adults, the PRP promotes self-sufficiency and community participation through personalized treatment plans. It enhances life skills, overall well-being, and empowers clients to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
The PRP Program is open to other those on State Insurance. This program is fully covered by state Insurance.
