Jen Bustos is an integral part of our administrative team, ensuring the seamless operation of our Hagerstown office. She is a trained Medical Administrative Assistant with a specialization in billing and coding.

Jen's extensive background includes significant experience in clinical healthcare and mental health settings. She has worked in an inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation facility and provided respite care in various environments, including hospice and group care facilities. This direct patient care experience sparked her strong curiosity about the operational intricacies and behind-the-scenes processes of healthcare.

As a proud military spouse, Jen has traveled cross-country, cultivating a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the unique needs of various communities. She was drawn to Innovative Therapeutic Services by its rich diversity and women-owned leadership. In her administrative role, Jen is eager to leverage her firsthand clinical experience, offering a unique perspective that bridges both the clinical and operational aspects of care. Her passion is ensuring the team operates smoothly, guaranteeing every client receives thoughtful and compassionate support.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys creative pursuits like art, which help her stay grounded. She also volunteers weekly at a therapeutic horseback riding center, serving children and adults of all ages affected by a range of physical, developmental, and emotional disabilities.
