Naomi Douckagha
Master’s of Social Work Intern
Naomi Dockagha, intern from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, provides in-person and telehealth sessions at our Hagerstown office. She works under the supervision of Courtney Lee, LMSW.
Naomi offers a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can explore what is working in your life, what may no longer be serving you, and how you would like to move forward. She believes in your capacity to grow and heal, especially when provided with the right tools and a safe space. Together, you can uncover new perspectives, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Naomi's goal is to be a trusted resource when life feels overwhelming, guiding you toward feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of the challenges you face. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, employing a person-centered, strength-based approach. Her therapeutic methods integrate psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and social skills training.
In her free time Naomi enjoys listening to music, watching documentaries and spending time with family.
