School-Based Program Director
Nicole Taylor, LCPC, serves as the School-Based Director, a crucial position overseeing our school-based therapy services. She is responsible for programs in Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Baltimore (County and City), and Montgomery Counties. In addition to managing current initiatives, Nicole actively develops new partnerships with schools throughout these areas. Her dedication ensures more students receive essential mental health support, enabling them to succeed academically and personally within their school settings.
Nicole is a highly experienced professional in the mental health field, with over fifteen years dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Her diverse background spans a wide array of environments, including schools, outpatient substance abuse treatment centers, crisis intervention centers, state correctional institutions, and private practice. This extensive experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of various mental health challenges and effective therapeutic approaches.
While Nicole has transitioned from providing direct therapy services in her current role, her commitment to the mental health community remains strong. She is a Maryland Board-approved supervisor. Nicole provides direct supervision to staff, sharing her wealth of knowledge and insights gained from years of service. Her guidance helps to ensure high standards of care and promotes the professional development of those under her mentorship.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and traveling.
