Individual Counseling: Private, one-on-one sessions are offered during the school day. Services remain available during school breaks including summer to provide continuity to care

Group Counseling: Group counseling opportunities are available for students on a variety of topics

Family Engagement: Parents/guardians actively participate in evaluations, treatment planning, and progress check-ins.

Direct Referrals: Seamless referral for additional support services that Innovative Therapeutic Services offers like psychiatric medication management and rehabilitation programs.

We provide services to K-12 students in the following counties and city in Maryland: Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Montgomery County, Prince George's, Washington County, and Baltimore City.

Services can be conveniently accessed through one of two methods:
Payment Information
School-based individual therapy is typically covered by insurance as Outpatient Mental Health. Innovative Therapeutic Services accepts most commercial plans, including Maryland Medicaid.

Grant funding may also be available to cover services.
ITS staff are available to discuss insurance questions.
