Alethea also incorporates play therapy, particularly beneficial for younger clients, allowing them to express themselves and process emotions through creative and non-verbal means. Additionally, she utilizes social skills training to help clients develop and refine interpersonal abilities, enhancing relationships and overall social functioning.
