Therapist

Ana Rivera Ortiz, LMSW, is a bilingual mental health therapist providing comprehensive clinical services in both English and Spanish. Ana has been working in outpatient mental health for more than a year but  possesses extensive experience across diverse practice settings, including criminal justice systems, victim advocacy, court proceedings, case management, and outpatient mental health clinics.

Ana utilizes a compassionate, culturally responsive, and strengths-based framework to support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, grief, complex trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Grounded in psychoeducation, authenticity, and transparent communication, she strives to establish a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel truly heard, seen, and empowered to achieve meaningful, lasting change. Furthermore, Ana is dedicated to serving Spanish-speaking and LGBTQ+ populations, offering affirming care and addressing acculturation stress and neurodivergence (such as ADHD and autism) in adolescents and young adults.

Outside of her clinical practice, Ana enjoys traveling to new cities, strength training at the gym, exploring local restaurants, spending quality time with family and friends, attending church, and actively serving in her faith community. She strongly values self-care, personal balance, and intentional community connection.
