Angelina Diaz, LCPC, offers a therapeutic space that is safe and empowering, integrating evidence-based practices with warmth, humor, and compassion. She helps individuals identify their strengths, shift perspectives, and overcome obstacles to reclaim their power and rekindle their inner light. Angelina is known for her direct yet supportive approach, collaborating with clients to develop insight, promote emotional growth, and achieve lasting change through customized, goal-oriented strategies.


She provides Telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, comfortably addressing a broad spectrum of concerns. These include addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, Communication Concerns, Family Concerns, depression, Grief, challenges for the LGBTQ+ Community, self-esteem , Spirituality, Stress, and Trauma. Angelina employs an integrative, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. Her therapeutic modalities encompass motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, play therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).


Furthermore, Angelina is licensed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors as a Board approved Supervisor. Angelia is part of the ITS supervisor staff.


In her personal time, Angelina enjoys kickboxing, yoga, beach activities, spending time with family, dancing, cooking, journaling, and prayer.
