Angelina is known for her direct yet supportive approach, collaborating with clients to develop insight, promote emotional growth, and achieve lasting change through customized, goal-oriented strategies.
She provides Telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, comfortably addressing a broad spectrum of concerns. These include addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, Communication Concerns, Family Concerns, depression, Grief, challenges for the LGBTQ+ Community, self-esteem , Spirituality, Stress, and Trauma. Angelina employs an integrative, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. Her therapeutic modalities encompass motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, play therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Furthermore, Angelina is licensed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors as a Board approved Supervisor. Angelia is part of the ITS supervisor staff.
In her personal time, Angelina enjoys kickboxing, yoga, beach activities, spending time with family, dancing, cooking, journaling, and prayer.
