Ashley Rooney

Ashley Rooney, LCPC and National Certified Counselor.  Ashley serves as a Lead Clinician and Internship Supervisor, bringing diverse experience from working in schools, a juvenile detention facility, and outpatient PRP.

Ashley creates a safe, understood, and supportive environment where genuine growth can flourish. She enjoys working with teens, young adults, and anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking clarity. Her expertise includes helping clients navigate challenges such as ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family related concerns, Personality Disorders, Stress management and Trauma.

Ashley's therapeutic approach is integrative, incorporating narrative therapy, person-centered techniques, play therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT. and Integrated Christian Counseling.  She has received specialized training on Trauma focused CBT and DBT.  

Ashley utilizes solution-focused strategies to empower clients. Her primary goal is to help individuals build practical coping skills for daily life while enhancing their connections and communication with others. Ashley believes therapy is a collaborative team effort, fostering real and lasting change.

Outside of her professional life, Ashley enjoys gardening, hiking, baking new treats, and listening to audiobooks.
