Bailey Tiller
Intern
Bailey is a Masters Level Clinical Counseling Intern, providing therapy services at our Laurel Office, via telehealth, and in-person to students within Anne Arundel County Public Schools. She is currently completing her degree at Johns Hopkins University and receives supervision from Ashley Rooney, LCPC.
Bailey is committed and dedicated to fostering meaningful and sustainable change in the lives of those she works with. She firmly believes that the foundation for successful therapy lies in strong, trusting therapeutic relationships, which she diligently works to establish with every individual. Specializing in working with children and adolescents, Bailey places the highest priority on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and secure therapeutic connection where young clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. This trusting environment is essential for them to openly explore their challenges, develop new coping strategies, and ultimately achieve their personal growth goals.
Her practice is built on an integrative, strengths-based, and person-centered philosophy, recognizing each individual as unique. This approach allows her to tailor the therapeutic process to individual needs, strengths, and goals rather than rigidly adhering to a single model.
Bailey helps clients by supporting healthy communication, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of their inner selves. She utilizes evidence-based interventions to ensure effective and measurable outcomes, including social skills training, play therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Bailey works with individuals facing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety and panic disorders, depression and grief, disordered eating and body image, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, anger and stress management, ADHD, and navigating life transitions.
In her spare time, Bailey can be found skiing, running, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and enjoying time with friends.
