Colleen is a dedicated therapist with over ten years of experience, specializing in telehealth services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her background includes extensive work in adoptions, treatment foster care, and the Department of Social Services. Colleen addresses a broad spectrum of concerns, including addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, life transitions, OCD, parenting, postpartum concerns, self-esteem, stress, and various family-related challenges. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, integrating techniques and skills such as motivational interviewing, play therapy, social skills training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Outside of her professional life, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and engaging in creative activities.
