Individuals choose to work with Courtney because she is committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals and children can explore their strengths and areas needing support. Through a person-centered approach, Courtney offers empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, while also incorporating motivational interviewing to help clients identify their goals and build internal drive for meaningful change. Her warm and compassionate demeanor helps children feel seen and heard, as she employs developmentally appropriate techniques such as play therapy, art-based interventions, and mindfulness strategies to cultivate emotional awareness and resilience. Courtney's supportive and collaborative style empowers children and families to navigate challenges, discover their inherent strengths, and grow in a way that feels natural and respectful to their unique identities.

In her personal time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her two fur babies, watching crime thriller documentaries, attending WNBA games, building LEGO sets, and engaging in other crafts.
