Danette Frederique, LGPC, brings a wealth of experience, including 5 years of providing therapy services within the school setting, currently with Baltimore County Public Schools.
Danette utilizes an integrative, person-centered therapeutic approach, incorporating modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges including trauma, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
Her therapy focuses on equipping individuals to confidently address challenges, manage significant life changes, and make tough decisions. Danette helps individuals build greater positive self-regard, re-establish self-trust, and honor their intuition, ultimately empowering them to take charge of their lives. Clients will learn to approach relationships more intentionally. Danette's aim is to foster a deeper connection with the self, clarify personal goals, and provide the confidence and emotional resources necessary to move forward with clarity and purpose.
Outside of work, Danette enjoys quality time with loved ones, traveling, reading, and resting. She also prioritizes being in nature, practicing yoga, and engaging in community service.
