Denaysha specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem , and trauma. In her practice, she skillfully integrates a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her core treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy.
