With three years of experience in outpatient mental health and therapy, Erika offers telehealth therapy to adults facing a diverse array of challenges, including anxiety, communication issues, divorce/separation, depression, family concerns, grief, life transitions, postpartum issues, self-esteem , stress management, and trauma. Erika employs an integrative, person-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating elements of narrative therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT.
