With over twelve years of experience across various settings—from residential and school-based programs to community clinics and public health departments—Faith's primary objective remains consistent: to empower individuals with tools for self-understanding, stronger relationships, and increased confidence. This commitment extends whether she is providing direct therapy or developing mental health initiatives at a systems level. She deeply values patience, integrity, and authentic connection in her work.
Faith offers in-person services to students in Prince George's County Public Schools, addressing common challenges faced by youth today. These include concerns regarding the family, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, communication difficulties, depression, grief, life transitions, racial trauma, self-esteem , and stress. Her integrative, person-centered, and strengths-based approach incorporates mindfulness, humanistic theory, motivational interviewing, play therapy, social skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
Outside of her professional life, Faith enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring, watching movies, and attending musicals.
