She supports a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, ADHD, anger, stress management, self-esteem, family conflict, and issues stemming from absent parents.
Janel’s extensive background spans community mental health, public health outreach, and social services, including individual/group therapy, crisis support, and community initiatives. This diverse experience informs her comprehensive, person-centered perspective. A passionate advocate for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, she respects and honors how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape each person's journey. Janel provides in person services to students in Prince George's County Public Schools.
