Jasmine Stokes, LCPC, brings five years of experience in outpatient mental health, schools, and in-home services. She currently offers services in our Laurel Office and via telehealth to adolescents and adults.
Jasmine is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who provides a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore life's challenges. She embraces a collaborative approach, viewing her clients as experts in their own lives and empowering them to navigate their unique journeys with her as a supportive co-driver.
Jasmine utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach, with a strong emphasis on person-centered and strengths-based perspectives. She incorporates narrative therapy, play therapy, and social skills training as appropriate. Jasmine is skilled at addressing a wide range of concerns, including family issues, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, body image, communication challenges, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, postpartum issues, self-esteem challenges, and stress management.
Outside of work Jasmine enjoys running, spending time with her son, trying new restaurants in the DMV area and TikTok
