Julia's practice is rooted in the belief that self-compassion and authentic self-connection are powerful catalysts for meaningful change. She honors the complexity of each client's unique story by customizing her person-centered, integrative therapeutic approach. Her methodology utilizes modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
