Karen Aguilar Mercado

Karen Aguilar Mercado is the Administrative Assistant II/Receptionist at our Laurel office, bringing extensive experience in the healthcare field since 2004. She began her career as a medical assistant but soon discovered her true calling in healthcare administration. Karen is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, making her an invaluable asset in supporting both her team and our clients.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Karen is particularly passionate about helping Spanish-speaking individuals navigate the healthcare system. Her bilingual proficiency ensures that these individuals feel understood and supported, enabling them to understand forms, get their questions answered, and fully engage in administrative processes. This commitment to effective communication is crucial for building trust and ensuring equitable access to care.
