Kiana Collins, LMSW, is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel empowered to explore and share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. She employs a person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and collaborating with them on their healing and growth journeys.


With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Kiana brings a strong foundation of empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of development to her practice. She believes therapy is a powerful space for self-discovery and finding one's voice. Kiana has experience working with diverse clients, including children, teens, and adults, and is currently providing in-person services to students in Prince George's County Schools. She has worked in both outpatient mental health and school settings, recognizing the profound impact mental health support can have on individuals of all ages and their incredible capacity for change.


Kiana is a compassionate and caring therapist who genuinely connects with her clients. She utilizes a strength-based, client-centered approach, incorporating techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, play therapy, social skills training, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Kiana addresses a variety of concerns, including ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and stress management.


Kiana loves being active, experiencing new things, and making memories with her loved ones.
