Lisa utilizes a client-centered, strength-based framework in her work. Her approach fosters a supportive and empowering environment, particularly for children and adolescents. She integrates techniques such as social skills training to help young clients develop crucial interpersonal abilities, and play therapy, a powerful tool for engaging children developmentally to explore emotions, communicate experiences, and practice new behaviors. This allows Lisa to effectively address a wide range of challenges, promoting healthy development and resilience in the children and adolescents she serves.  Many of the individuals that Lisa works with experience challenges related to ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, communication, family issues, parenting concerns, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem challenges and stress management.
