Madison Schenkewitz,LCPC  She brings 5 years of experience from community mental health agencies and group practices, demonstrating a passion for improving the lives of children and adolescents.  . Madison primarily serves Baltimore County Public Schools and also functions as a lead clinician, responsible for training and supporting fellow ITS team members..   


Madison excels at building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families by cultivating a nonjudgmental, open, and empathetic environment. Her aim is to empower each individual to gain greater control over their actions and future. She develops specific, attainable treatment goals and targets them with evidence-based interventions. Her expertise includes motivational interviewing, person-centered Therapy, social skills training, strengths-based therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  As a school-based professional, Madison collaborates effectively with teachers, guidance counselors, and other school staff to ensure a seamless path of improvement. She addresses concerns such as ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, family related concerns, self-esteem , and stress management.


In her free time, Madison enjoys reading, practicing yoga, outdoor walks, gardening, and baking.
