Rebecca Grady, LCSW-C, brings nearly twenty fiveĀ years of experience in the mental health field as a licensed, board-approved clinical supervisor. Her extensive background spans work with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings including schools, home-based programs, psychiatric rehabilitation centers, residential facilities, and treatment foster care. Rebecca also possesses specialized training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Autism, and ADHD.
Rebecca focuses on fostering professional growth and excellence through her supervisory role. While she no longer provides direct therapy, she applies her clinical expertise by offering comprehensive clinical supervision to therapists. In this capacity, she emphasizes best practices, ethical considerations, and advanced therapeutic techniques. Simultaneously, she also mentors social work interns, offering invaluable insights and practical experience to help launch their careers.Through her dedication, Rebecca ensures the ITS team consistently delivers the highest caliber of client care and remains leaders in their respective fields.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and practicing yoga.
