Sabrina Stell, LMSW, brings five years of experience in community-based human services, coupled with nearly six years in school-based outpatient and community-family-based therapy. She serves children, adolescents, adults, and families.


Sabrina is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that is both secure and free from judgment, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings openly.  She employs a strength-based approach, concentrating on identifying and utilizing clients' innate strengths and resources.  Her personalized approach allows her to connect with clients at their current life stage, understanding their unique challenges and aspirations.  Sabrina fosters personal development through a collaborative process. She guides clients in self-discovery, resilience building, and developing healthier coping mechanisms. Her aim is to create lasting positive transformations, equipping clients with tools and insights to navigate future challenges and achieve sustained well-being.


Sabrina specializes in assisting individuals with a range of concerns, including ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, self-esteem, and stress management. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as humanistic theory, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, play therapy, strengths-based therapy, CBT, and DBT.


Outside of her professional life, Sabrina enjoys walking her dog, crafting, baking, reading, going to the gym, and watching her favorite shows and movies.
