Tasha Walls, LCSW-C, brings over a decade of experience, encompassing outpatient services, foster care, and forensic social work. As a therapist, Tasha is dedicated to cultivating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful life changes.
Specializing in trauma treatment, Tasha provides telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She commonly addresses challenges such as family challenges, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, communication, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress, and trauma. Tasha employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, customizing interventions to each client's unique needs. Her frequently utilized modalities include motivational interviewing, narrative therapy,person-centered therapy, play therapy, psychodynamic theory, social skills training, strengths-based therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, choice theory, and mindfulness.
Beyond her clinical practice, Tasha is a Maryland Board of Social Work approved Supervisor and a valuable member of our supervisory team, sharing her expertise and knowledge with our staff.
Outside of work, Tasha enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
