Therapist
Tiffany Rhoden, LMSW, is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with background and expertise serving as a school-based therapist. Throughout her career in educational and clinical settings, she has worked passionately to support students, youth, and families as they navigate complex behavioral, emotional, and social hurdles.
Tiffany deeply believes that therapy should be an inviting, safe, and profoundly supportive space where individuals feel genuinely heard, validated, understood, and respected. She strives to help clients cultivate emotional literacy, better understand their inner feelings, build enduring self-confidence, and develop healthy, effective strategies to navigate everyday personal and social challenges. Grounded in a compassionate, strengths-based approach, Tiffany recognizes each person’s unique life experiences and inherent capacity for positive growth. She works collaboratively alongside clients to identify their personal goals, leverage their existing strengths, and make steady, meaningful progress at a comfortable, individualized pace. Ultimate success in her practice means empowering clients to feel grounded, resilient, self-assured, and capable of managing life’s complexities.
Outside of her professional practice, Tiffany prioritizes spending quality time with family and close friends while exploring new environments and activities. She loves traveling to new destinations, discovering local restaurants and coffee shops, and finding engaging events around the city. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, listening to eclectic music, and staying up to date with movies and television series. Valuing wellness and nature, Tiffany enjoys taking peaceful walks outdoors whenever possible. She is also deeply committed to her faith community, attending church regularly and participating in opportunities to stay actively connected and spiritually grounded.
